Return Policy

 

At Genixt tech BD, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return Policy explains the terms and conditions under which customers may request returns, refunds, or exchanges.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Software Products (Digital Licenses/Subscriptions):

    • Due to the nature of digital goods, software licenses and subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, downloaded, or used.

    • Refunds may only be considered if the product fails to function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

  • Hardware Products (POS machines, printers, devices, etc.):

    • Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

    • Defective or damaged items will be replaced or repaired under our Warranty Policy.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Activated or used software licenses.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or negligence.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must:

  1. Contact our support team at genixtechbd@gmail.com within the eligible period.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).

  3. Follow the instructions given by our support team for returning the product.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 365 to the original payment method.

  • Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).

  • In case of partial returns, only the eligible portion of the purchase will be refunded.


5. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
